    How to :

    1. First, contact our sponsorship coordinator, Alicja, and reach agreement on the sponsorship package of your choice.
    2. The Conference Treasurer, Louise Anne, sends an invoice to your designated contact at your company, by email; pay according to agreed terms. You can mail in a check, or money order, or you can pay by credit card, using our Paypal gateway, using the instruction in the email.
    3. Send your promotional material, (logo and company information) to our Technical Coordinator, Martin, for promotion on the various avenues.
    4. The conference attendees – your peers, existing and potential clients – enjoy the conference services, such as delicious coffee and baked goods, professionally catered by four star hotel staff. Meanwhile they are reminded of your generous participation in the delivery of the conference.
